This is a high-volume, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the engine room of a People & Culture team.
The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide end-to-end administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing HRIS inbox queries and supporting data integrity reporting
- Coordinating recruitment administration including job postings, interviews, reference checks and onboarding documentation
- Supporting internal movements, contract changes and employment letters
- Maintaining HR compliance documentation
- Supporting payroll queries and general HR enquiries
- Contributing to HR projects, reporting and audit requirements
- Assisting with visa/sponsorship documentation and contractor coordination
About You
You may be a strong career administrator with exposure to HR processes, or
a HR graduate or junior HR professional with some hands-on experience.
You will bring:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage volume
- Confidence juggling competing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
- Comfortable working on-site five days per week
- Prior Workday experience highly regarded
