About the role
A large national organisation is seeking a capable HR Administrator to join its HR team on a temporary basis during a defined systems transition period.
This role will support the HR and Talent function through the implementation of a new HRIS, with Dayforce scheduled to go live mid-March. You will assist with day-to-day HR administration, help maintain accuracy across the employee lifecycle, and support stakeholders during a busy and evolving period.
The environment is fast-paced and sometimes imperfect, and will suit someone who is organised, steady, and comfortable following established processes while adapting as systems and priorities change
Key responsibilities include:
Preparation of employment contracts and contract variations
- Preparation of employment contracts and contract variations
- HR administration across the employee lifecycle
- Visa and right-to-work compliance checks
- Parental leave administration and responding to employee queries
- Referral program processing
- HR data maintenance across multiple systems
- Liaising with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Hiring Managers
- Assisting with issue identification and escalation during the system transition
