Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities including job ads, position descriptions, and onboarding
- Advise on performance management, employment relations matters, and workplace investigations
- Review HR policies, procedures, and contracts, ensuring Fair Work compliance
- Conduct HR gap analyses and support organisational reviews
- Provide advice on remuneration, award interpretation, and compliance matters
- Support restructures, redeployment processes, and offboarding activities
- Develop and deliver HR and L&D resources to support client capability uplift
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Maintain and ensure compliance with privacy and WHS obligations
- HR background in professional services, consulting, healthcare, or another regulated environment
- Strong generalist experience, including HR advisory and ER exposure
- Confident communicator capable of engaging with stakeholders at various levels
- Comfortable in client‑facing or outsourced HR models
- Proactive, resilient, and solutions‑focused
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
