The Position
Reporting into the HR Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Recruitment, engagement & retention
- Onboarding and new employee inductions
- Contracts management
- Maintain employee records & files
- Remuneration and benefits
- Staff development & performance reviews
- Manage new employee onboarding process
- Monitor and report on compliance requirements
- Review policies & procedures
- Implement HR initiatives
- Solid experience in a similar HR position
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- An understanding of EBA`s / Awards
- Proven experience in the duties above
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills
- Be highly proactive & have high attention to detail
- Experience working within the construction industry is highly desirable
