Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role will support business leaders in delivering strategic and operational HR initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle while driving people-focused solutions that enhance recruitment, performance, engagement and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business goals
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies
- Supporting workforce planning and recruitment activities
- Lead performance management and talent development processes
- Coach and support managers in leadership capability and best HR practices
- Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and identify trends
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and culture development
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Experience supporting change management initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with a pragmatic approach
