As the HR Business Partner for this leading disruptive brand in their market you will deliver the Group People strategy which aims to build the capability of organisation whilst aligning to current vision, mission and strategic objectives, as well as foster a positive and high performing workplace.
- Provide professional and business focused People performance and Culture services and support to a designated business group.
- Build strong working relationships with managers and employees based on credibility and open communication.
- Work with HR Business Partner team to share best practice, ensure a broad consistency of approach, and provide coverage to other Business Partners as necessary.
- Coaching and enabling managers for all aspects of people management, specifically in driving performance.
- Provide accurate and timely industrial and employee relations advice to people managers and employees.
- Partner with the Capability team to identify learning and training strategies to address development needs of the designated business group.
- Deliver as required learning and development strategies and programs to the organisation.
- Facilitate in-house training and workshops as the subject matter expert.
What you will bring to the role
- Minimum 3 years Business Partnering experience in a fast business business, startup experience advantageous.
- HR Business Partner experience, including the provision of advice and support in the following areas: industrial and employee relations (including grievance resolution); workforce planning; performance management, health, safety and wellbeing; people/capability development; remuneration and benefits; change management and organisational development.
