What you’ll do
- Partner with leaders to provide expert HR advice and coaching.
- Build leadership capability and support effective decision‑making.
- Lead and support Enterprise Agreement negotiations.
- Manage complex ER/IR matters and ensure compliance.
- Drive workforce planning and organisational change initiatives.
- Contribute to culture, engagement, DE&I and EVP programs.
- Support continuous improvement of people processes and practices.
- Experienced HR practitioner with strong business partnering capability.
- Confident navigating complex IR environments and multiple industrial instruments.
- Proven experience supporting or leading EA negotiations.
- Skilled at building trusted relationships and influencing leaders.
- Passionate about creating positive, people‑centred workplace cultures.
