This role will partner closely with senior leaders across the business, providing practical HR advice and support across a broad range of people matters while assisting the wider HR team during a busy period.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with leaders to provide advice across employee relations, performance management and HR best practice
- Managing employee relations matters including investigations, performance issues and general case management
- Supporting organisational change and people initiatives across the business
- Coaching and guiding leaders on people management and HR processes
- Working collaboratively with the HR team to ensure consistent and pragmatic HR support
- Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role
- Strong employee relations and stakeholder management capability
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and partnering with senior leaders
- Ability to balance strategic advice with hands-on HR delivery
- Available to commence immediately or on short notice
- Ability to come into the office 5 days a week
