A long-standing Australian business with a national footprint is entering a significant phase aligned to a new strategic plan. With operations across multiple states and a large operational workforce, the organisation is evolving toward a more unified, standardised and strategically enabled HR model.

This newly created HR Business Partner role will play a key part in strengthening people capability across WA, balancing hands-on operational support with meaningful change and transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with operational leaders to deliver end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, including performance, ER and organisational change
  • Manage complex and escalated employee relations matters with sound judgement and commercial acumen
  • Support transformation initiatives aligned to governance, systems and capability uplift
  • Increase on-site visibility and build strong, trusted relationships across operational teams
  • Contribute to the standardisation and continuous improvement of HR processes, frameworks and reporting

About you:

  • Demonstrated HR Business Partner experience within industrial, manufacturing, construction or similarly operational environments
  • Comfortable balancing BAU HR delivery with project and transformation initiatives in a lean team
  • Commercially astute with the confidence to influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders
  • Resilient, pragmatic and solutions-focused
  • Energised by building structure, strengthening capability and shaping HR impact at a state level
