This newly created HR Business Partner role will play a key part in strengthening people capability across WA, balancing hands-on operational support with meaningful change and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with operational leaders to deliver end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, including performance, ER and organisational change
- Manage complex and escalated employee relations matters with sound judgement and commercial acumen
- Support transformation initiatives aligned to governance, systems and capability uplift
- Increase on-site visibility and build strong, trusted relationships across operational teams
- Contribute to the standardisation and continuous improvement of HR processes, frameworks and reporting
About you:
- Demonstrated HR Business Partner experience within industrial, manufacturing, construction or similarly operational environments
- Comfortable balancing BAU HR delivery with project and transformation initiatives in a lean team
- Commercially astute with the confidence to influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders
- Resilient, pragmatic and solutions-focused
- Energised by building structure, strengthening capability and shaping HR impact at a state level
