This is an exciting, newly created opportunity for a passionate ER/IR professional to join a large established WA brand and play a pivotal role in driving strong internal service and customer experience, partnering with multiple leaders across a diverse business.
  
Responsibilities:
  
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage end-to-end case management including performance, conduct, grievance, and disciplinary matters
  • Support and conduct workplace investigations, including gathering evidence, interviewing, and reporting
  • Provide advice to managers and employees on employee relations issues and HR policy interpretation
  • Ensure all casework is handled in line with internal policies, procedures, and relevant employment legislation
  • Partner with the HR team to support additional cases
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and case documentation using the HRIS
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive best-practice people outcomes
  • Support governance and risk management through consistent application of HR frameworks and compliance protocols
Ideally you will bring:
  • Sound experience in case management and investigations
  • A qualification in HR or similar 
  • A strong understanding of the full employment lifecycle
  • An ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
