Reporting directly to the Group P&C Manager and working alongside an established HR team, they are seeking a high performing and experienced business partner who wants to make an impact, and support internal customers with a high level of quality care to deliver both BAU and strategic plans.
This is a true generalist role working within the regional leadership team and delivering best-practice HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through people strategies.
- Provide strategic and BAU HR support across the WA region.
- Lead end-to-end workforce planning and talent acquisition activities within your portfolio.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, including performance, disciplinary, and grievance matters.
- Coach and develop leaders and managers across all levels.
- Contribute to organisational development, including culture, structure, and workforce planning.
- Work alongside the regional leadership team supporting WGEA reporting and DEI frameworks.
- Ensure HR practices align with legislation, policy, and industry best practice.
About You:
- Degree in HR or similar
- Demonstrated capability and/or exposure across the full employment lifecycle in a senior capacity
- Outcomes driven approach, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a values driven team environment
- Natural curiosity and ability to connect with stakeholders
