Sharp & Carter is partnering with a well-established professional services business to recruit a Junior HR Business Partner into their growing HR function. This role is ideal for an experienced HR Generalist or emerging HR Business Partner who enjoys variety, client engagement, and operating in a consultative, externally facing environment.

Supporting a portfolio of clients across regulated and professional settings, this role offers broad exposure across the employee lifecycle while developing your capability as a trusted HR partner to the wider business. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment activities including job ads, position descriptions, and onboarding
  • Advise on performance management, employment relations matters, and workplace investigations
  • Review HR policies, procedures, and contracts, ensuring Fair Work compliance
  • Conduct HR gap analyses and support organisational reviews
  • Provide advice on remuneration, award interpretation, and compliance matters
  • Support restructures, redeployment processes, and offboarding activities
  • Develop and deliver HR and L&D resources to support client capability uplift
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with privacy and WHS obligations
About You
  • Background in HR within professional services, consulting, or a regulated environment
  • Strong generalist HR experience with exposure to advisory and ER matters
  • Confident communicator able to engage with stakeholders at varying levels
  • Comfortable working in a client-facing or outsourced HR model
  • Proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused approach
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
