The Opportunity:

This role will support recruitment and broader HR administration during a busy operational period. You will play a key role in ensuring processes run smoothly and stakeholders are well supported.
  
Responsibilities include:
• Coordinating end to end recruitment processes
• Managing advertising, screening and interview coordination
• Drafting contracts and onboarding documentation
• Administering the HR inbox and responding to low level enquiries
• Supporting compliance, probity and Blue Card requirements
• Maintaining employee records within ELMO and TASS
• Providing general HR administrative support to the team

This role requires someone who is organised, calm and confident managing competing priorities in a school environment.

You will bring:
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• High attention to detail and strong follow through
• The ability to work autonomously within a small team
• Experience using HRIS platforms (ELMO or similar highly regarded)
• A current Blue Card or the ability to obtain one

You enjoy recruitment but are equally comfortable supporting the broader HR function. You take pride in delivering a professional candidate and employee experience.
