An immediate opportunity is available for a Talent & Recruitment Administrator to join a busy HR team supporting recruitment, onboarding and training coordination.
You will gain broad exposure across recruitment operations and training administration within a large, multi entity business operating across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and China.
This opportunity would suit someone early in their HR career seeking broader exposure, or an experienced recruitment administrator looking for their next move.
The role is initially being engaged on a temporary basis due to team transition, with strong potential to convert to a permanent position for the right person.

The Role
You will provide hands on support across recruitment and training administration, including:
- Managing recruitment administration through PageUp
- Drafting and issuing employment contracts and offer documentation
- Coordinating approvals, reference checks and medical bookings
- Scheduling interviews and supporting candidate screening
- Managing onboarding workflows and new starter documentation
- Supporting LMS administration and internal training coordination
This is a fast paced, operational role suited to someone highly organised and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders.
About You - Experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration or talent administration
- Exposure to an ATS such as PageUp or similar
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Available to commence at short notice
