The Sharp & Carter VIC Human Resources team is partnering with a range of clients across Melbourne and regional Victoria to expand their HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
In these roles, you’ll provide essential coordination and administrative support to People & Culture or Talent Acquisition teams, ensuring smooth processes and excellent stakeholder engagement. Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills will be key to success.
We’re currently recruiting for:
- HR Coordinators / HR Administrators / People Coordinators
- Talent Acquisition Coordinators / Talent Acquisition Administrators
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years’ experience in HR or talent acquisition coordination/administration
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Experience using HRIS or ATS platforms (e.g., JobAdder, BambooHR, ELMO, Employment Hero, PageUp, Workday)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments
