Culture & values driven Not-for-Profit business specialising in Community Services is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide employment relations advice & support to their staff. This is a 12-month fixed term maternity leave cover to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise, educate and support managers and staff on people management matters
- Be the trusted advisor to multiple sites on performance and employment relations issues
- Provide HR advice ensuring legislative compliance
- Coach and support managers on investigations into discrimination, bullying and harassment
- Manage HR and staff engagement initiatives and projects
- Demonstrated experienced in a HR Advisor or Employee Relations Advisor role
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Strong ER knowledge & experience
- Ability to influence stakeholders effectively
- Own car and transport
- $95k package, including company benefits
