About the Role We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to support a large construction and scaffolding workforce across VIC, NSW and QLD. You’ll partner closely with operational leaders, manage the full employee lifecycle, and help lift the maturity of HR across the business.
You’ll be supported by an HR Assistant and work closely with the leadership team. This is a role where your voice will be heard and your ideas will be actioned.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
- Providing day-to-day HR advice to leaders and employees
- Supporting performance, conduct, wellbeing and RTW matters
- Interpreting and administering EBAs and Awards
- Coordinating training, compliance and employee documentation
- Maintaining HR data, reporting and HRIS improvements
- Building strong relationships across sites and operations
- $150k–$160k + super
- 80% office-based in Tullamarine – be close to the action
