In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders and site-based operational teams, providing hands-on HR support across a broad generalist remit. Working within a collaborative and well-established HR team, you will deliver pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice while helping to foster a positive, people-first culture across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end HR support across a broad generalist portfolio
- Manage complex employee relations cases and workplace investigations
- Support enterprise agreement negotiations and broader industrial relations matters
- Partner with operational leaders to provide practical HR guidance and coaching
- Lead and support disciplinary processes, performance management and grievance resolution
- Ensure HR policies, procedures and compliance obligations are upheld across the organisation
- Contribute to broader HR initiatives across workforce planning, engagement and capability
- Proven experience in a HR Manager or HR Business Partner capacity
- Strong employee relations and investigations experience within complex environments
- Demonstrated exposure to enterprise agreement negotiations and industrial relations frameworks
- Ability to confidently partner with senior stakeholders in operational settings
- A pragmatic and solutions-focused approach to HR
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Background in retail, logistics or FMCG (preferred)
