This role is ideal for someone with HR administration or strong corporate administration experience who enjoys structured, process‑driven work and thrives in a high‑volume environment. You’ll be supporting a busy People & Culture function, ensuring employee records, documentation and queries are managed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records through data entry and system updates
- Prepare HR letters, forms and documentation using templates
- Support new starter paperwork and employee changes
- Respond to general HR enquiries regarding processes, forms and requests
- Manage shared HR inboxes and ensure timely responses
- Support training requests and track course completions
- Maintain team guides and work instructions
- Assist with HR projects, initiatives and team activities as required
- Previous experience in HR administration, shared services or corporate administration
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Well‑organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator with a customer‑focused approach
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proactive, adaptable and willing to learn in a fast‑paced environment
- Temporary contract until 14 May, with potential for extension
