You’ll join a collaborative HR team who are committed to maturing people practices across performance, capability, leadership development and workforce planning. This role offers hands-on generalist responsibilities with genuine exposure to strategic HR initiatives and business partnering.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations matters and low-to-mid level case management
- Support industrial relations activities, including EA interpretation and compliance
- Draft and manage employment contracts, variations and associated documentation
- Assist with performance frameworks, remuneration reviews and CPI-linked increases
- Support preparation for upcoming EA renewal
- Contribute to HR projects including system integration, capability uplift and future-state HR frameworks
- Coach leaders on performance, disciplinary processes and foundational people management
- Liaise with payroll, finance and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure accuracy
- Maintain strong attention to detail across IR, compliance and data reporting
- Minimum 3+ years HR generalist experience
- Similar experience in resources, engineering, manufacturing or operational environments
- Adaptable and pragmatic, comfortable working in environments with developing or manual systems
- Strong attention to detail, particularly across contracts, compliance and IR matters
- Confident with Excel and reporting
- Experience in ER/IR and exposure to workplace investigations
- Curious, proactive and eager to grow into broader business partnering
