The Position
Provide A1 service to customers and support the external sales team.
Key responsibilities
Assist customers with price, product availability & technical queries
Prepare quotes and proposals in a timely manner
Follow up on delivery dates that can not be supplied at time of order
Support the external sales team
Cross sell products where applicable
Mail product brochures & other promotional information
Outbound calls to support promotional activity
The Candidate
Experience within a similar Internal Sales Rep role
Have high attention to detail
Be self motivated and have excellent follow up skills
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills
Experience with the system SAP is preferred
Proven experience dealing with electrical components and/or have experience in an industrial wholesale environment
Intermediate Microsoft office skills
The ability to build rapport with stakeholders at various levels
