The responsibilities
Reporting into the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to);
- Accounts Payable/Receivable tasks
- Assisting with month, half year and year-end financial reporting
- Daily sales reporting
- Weekly cash forecasting
- Bank Reconciliations
- General ledger reconciliations
- Fixed asset register maintenance
- Communicating with other states virtually
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
- 1-2 years experience in an Assistant Accountant role but open to all experience levels
- Solid foundational accounting skills/ knowledge
- Studying or working towards their CPA or CA qualifications but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mindset
