About the role
In this role you will report directly to highly regarded and supportive General Counsel in a team of four. Mentorship, defined progression and the ability to work on projects of the highest calibre are some of the features of being a part of this friendly and welcoming team.
You will play a key role supporting the Legal Counsel and General Counsel on property and commercial matters- this is not your standard property specific role! Some of the tasks you can expert to work on and take an autonomous lead are:
- Project Contracts of Sale
- Leases and licenses
- Confidentiality Deeds
- Marketing Services Agreements
To enjoy this role to its fullest you will ideally have 2 years gained in property law. We are open to hearing from candidates from all backgrounds, whether you are in house or seeking the first move away from private practice.
Ability to do the role and background are of course important, but ultimately we are interested in who you are as a person and how this role can support your next step within a fascinating space in a Tier 1 organisation.
