The Responsibilities
- Interpret a high volume, complex number of EA's through Kronos.
- Analyze and report back tracked data
- Respond to all customer queries (face to face, telephone, email)
- Apply payroll knowledge, knowledge of company policies and procedures and problem solving skills to provide a quality response
- Assisting the payroll team of the interpretation of the awards.
- Previous experience using Kronos
- Previous experience working as a systems support administrator with kronos would be a big advantage
- Experience with different awards
- Strong Excel and numeracy skills is very important
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in the healthcare sector is a massive advantage
