A newly created opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join a leading, privately owned recruitment consultancy who help senior technical candidates secure roles in the mining, industrial and construction sector.

This position is responsible for the end to end candidate management process in line with recruitment workflow for some of Australia's biggest organisations in the resources and construction industry, whilst working with the wider team to ensure consistency in process and client delivery.

Reporting to one of the Managing Consultants, you will partner closely to deliver a strong candidate experience and high volume recruitment outcomes.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, focusing entirely on candidate sourcing, engagement, and placement
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies (e.g. job boards, LinkedIn, database mining, referrals)
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure suitability for current and future opportunities
  • Coordinate interviews and provide feedback between candidates and clients
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their job search
  • Liaise closely with the managing consultant who manage the client relationship
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Support the wider sourcing team in streamlining processes and maintaining consistency
About You:
  • Minimum four years experience in a high volume recruitment role either internally or externally
  • Proven ability to successfully source and engage candidates
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • A can-do attitude and solutions-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office systems (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Bullhorn CRM will be highly regarded
  • Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Bullhorn, SEEK and LinkedIn
