Our client is seeking an experienced recruitment advisor, who is committed and diligent to high quality output, enjoys working in a team environment and wants to be part of a fast-paced, high performing, and rewarding team.
Key responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- End-to-end recruitment for both blue and white collar positions.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising through to offer.
- Implement and execute strong sourcing strategies to ensure quality pipeline of candidates and market coverage.
- Leverage professional networking opportunities and campaigns to attract talent through strong branding in market.
- Sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Partner with stakeholders to build job descriptions and candidate pipeline.
- Occasional site travel to meet with stakeholders.
- Sound experience recruiting blue collar positions.
- Proven capability to influence outcomes and execute strategic sourcing methods.
- Experience managing passive candidate pools.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
- Enjoy working with a collaborative team and willingness to support where needed.
- Enjoy being hands on and ability to work in an agile environment.
