Are you passionate about learning and development, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for organisation? This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a corporate L&D role where you’ll not only support day-to-day training operations but also play a part in shaping how people develop their skills and careers.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re ready to take your next step in L&D, this role offers the chance to build your expertise, gain exposure to corporate learning systems, and contribute to meaningful employee development initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
- Keep learning on track: Coordinate, schedule, and support engaging training programs while maintaining accurate records.
- Own the LMS: Manage end-to-end activities within the Learning Management System (LMS) — from assigning courses and troubleshooting to reporting on compliance and outcomes.
- Champion compliance: Ensure all training meets regulatory frameworks and internal standards.
- Partner with stakeholders: Work closely with leaders and teams to make sure learning needs are met and processes flow seamlessly.
- Drive improvements: Spot opportunities to simplify, enhance, and modernise how learning is delivered.
- Stay organised: Balance inbox management, training documentation, and resources with efficiency and precision.
- Experience in training compliance, RTO environments, or working with recognised frameworks.
- Knowledge of learning and development practices, particularly adult learning principles.
- Hands-on LMS experience (SuccessFactors and SAP)
- Strong communication skills — you can engage with people at all levels.
- Organisation and attention to detail that ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
- Confidence using digital tools, reporting functions, and online training systems.
- A genuine passion for helping people learn and grow.
- Curiosity and initiative - you don’t just follow the process, you look for ways to make it better.
- Flexibility and adaptability to new systems and approaches.
- Analytical thinking - able to draw insights from data and suggest improvements.
- A collaborative spirit - you enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to a positive culture.
