About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a skilled Legal Administrator to join a leading global law firm. Supporting a Senior Partner and a team of senior lawyers, this role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to be part of a collaborative and supportive practice group. You’ll be the go-to person for seamless operations, playing a vital role in ensuring the team runs efficiently both day-to-day and culturally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage complex client billing and cost reporting across high-value matters.
  • Provide seamless calendar and email management for the Partner and broader team.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel with precision.
  • Organise internal and external events, including client functions and team socials.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth practice operations.
  • Maintain accurate client files, legal documents, and internal systems.
Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Legal Assistant or Legal Administrator role.
  • Proven experience supporting senior Partners and high-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of billing processes and financial reporting.
  • High attention to detail across diary management, travel bookings, and document coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Professional, personable, and confident working in a high-performing team.
