If you are junior to mid level lawyer who has a relatively strong skill set across drafting and negotiating contracts then this is a role you will need to consider. Reporting directly to the General Counsel you will be involved in:

• Reviewing, amending and assisting Commercial Managers in negotiating agreements with clients and subcontractors
• Acting as the primary contact for Commercial Managers and fee earners on contractual risk issues in client terms of engagement, privacy law issues, insurance details and the provision of company information to clients including for the purposes of tender responses;
• Assisting the General Counsel in establishing Master Service Agreements with key clients including the review, amendment and negotiation of such agreements;
• Reviewing, amending and negotiating agreements with third party service providers and suppliers including property leases, software licensing arrangements and technology product development;
• Assisting the General Counsel with the oversight of organizational responses, policy, procedures, training and any other activities associated with ensuring the organization is in compliance with designated regulatory regimes and associated risk mitigation. 
• Establishing and administering a central register of agreements for sub-consultant engagements on client related matters
• Providing training to internal stakeholders on contracting issues 
• Advising on commercial law, intellectual property protection (including for data analysis products) and insurance issues;

To be considered for this role you must have at least 2 years PQE. You will also have a good grounding across drafting and negotiating contracts. A good knowledge of the Corporations Act. Excellent communication and analytical skills and have the ability to pick up on areas you aren't familiar with relatively quickly.
