About the role

This is a pure commercial Legal counsel role where you will have excellent exposure to your internal stakeholders and accomplished General Counsel.  On a day to day basis you will provide advice on transactions, documentation, precedents, marketing materials, negotiation of contracts including those with significant external business partners.  No two days will be the same and you can expect to have a significant impact on exciting project based work!

About you

You will be seeking a working environment where you feel part of a team that moves the needle on key business decisions; where you feel valued and where you thrive on the energy of others.  Your experience will have been gained in a law firm/in house or a mix of both. From an experience perspective you will feel most comfortable in this role having had 4-6 years gained in a general commercial legal role.

Experience in commercial leasing, asset finance, general corporate/commercial law, corporate governance and company secretarial matters may be advantageous for this role, but we encourage you to get in touch for more information even if you don't have some of these skills in your arsenal just yet.
