About the role

This is a truly unique role which will offer once in a lifetime work for an accomplished banking and finance practitioner. You will be the "go to" on finance and funds management by providing legal and corporate governance advice on all aspects of financing arrangements, which in time will extend to AFSL advice and compliance.  You will also be responsible for the execution and management of the portfolio of real estate investments assets

In this role you will report directly to a highly regarded General Counsel in a team of four.  Legal sit at the heart of the organisation and you will have a high degree of interaction with stakeholders of all levels across all business units.

About you

To enjoy this role to its fullest you will ideally have a minimum of 5 years gained in corporate finance/funds management/banking & Finance.  We are open to hearing from candidates from all backgrounds, whether you are in house or seeking the first move away from private practice.

Ability to do the role and experience are of course important, but ultimately we are interested in who you are as a person and how this role can support your next step within a fascinating space in a Tier 1 organisation.
