In this role you will be involved in: 

• Leading, drafting and negotiating complex commercial transactions and contracts, including business acquisitions and divestments, strategic partnerships and general commercial arrangements.
• Maintain a sound understanding of the regulatory and operational environments that this organisation operates in, to enable provision of suitable legal and risk advice, including on privacy, consumer law, financial services and corporate governance matters.
• Proactively identify, evaluate and implement new and improved processes and work practices to improve legal services delivery and efficiency.

To be considered for this role you will have at least 4 years of PQE ideally with a strong exposure to Corporate/M&A. You will also have outstanding drafting and analytical skills excellent attention to detail a strong commercial mindset and be a genuine team player.
