If you are a commercially minded property lawyer looking to transition your skill set into a fast paced and dynamic environment then this is a role you will need to consider.

Working within a close knit team you will advise across the following:

• Leasing 
• Acquisitions and disposals;
• Insolvency
• Development;
• Building and construction matters 
• Environment and planning matters 

You will have at least 4 years + PQE. You will ideally come from a top tier or strong mid tier practice or a reputable In House organisation. You will have excellent attention to detail, exceptional analytical skills a proven ability to build relationships and think strategically.
