Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Management Accountant will be responsible for: 

• Develop standard cost model;
• Manage, Analyse and report month-end accounting close and reconciliations to required deadlines for the business;
• Daily and weekly reporting on labour variances - understand losses, trends and drivers;
• Analyse trade spend;
• Inventory financial management;
• Manage and maintain manufacturing reporting, analysis, forecasting and budgeting, to agreed timeframes;
• BOM set up, monitoring of results and amendments; and
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Operations and Site teams.

Experience:

• CA/CPA qualification;
• Experience as a Commercial Accountant with strong commercial acumen, analytical and business partnering skills;
• Commentary and understanding of the numbers;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate within all levels of the organisation and influence stakeholders.
