Position Purpose:

To support the development and implementation of impactful marketing and engagement strategies to achieve the key business objectives. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with national and state specific marketing activities and campaigns across programs and brands. This role will support the Marketing Manager execute audience-focused marketing activities and oversee the delivery and reporting of these activities.
  • Working alongside the Marketing Manager, plan and deliver integrated campaigns and activities across digital and traditional channels.
  • Monitoring marketing activity and work with Marketing Manager to adapt tactics as required.
  • Support the production and sourcing of all marketing materials including the development of campaign creative, collateral, key messages and copy.
  • Implement timely and effective project management processes, ensuring regular and effective communications with colleagues and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of allocated integrated marketing activities, on time and within budget.
  • Brief external agencies including creative, digital and media planning agencies to deliver marketing activity against the brief.
  • Manage assigned agency implementation and performance against agreed activity.
  • Ensure campaigns and activity have clear metrics and tracking in place.
  • Manage reporting of results against metrics, including use of marketing automation programs, web analysis tools such as Google Analytics and delivery of reports.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Experience in end-to-end campaign management - development, design and delivery.
  • Strong marketing mindset with demonstrable practical skills.
  • Experience in development and delivery of marketing activities across digital and traditional channels.
  • Experience with organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a broad range of audiences and media
