- Create customer experiences which support the strategic plans of our Member Life-cycle & Support team
- Delivery of these experiences through end to end project management, including briefing assets and delivering against deadlines
- Utilising designer support to create campaign landing pages which incorporate a range of different priorities across our teams as well as key campaign messages
- Deliver on boarding content plans which can be extended across a range of customer segments and placements
- Leverage data and insights from to direct our campaign plans across digital channels
- Data driven, digital marketing activities to grow member engagement
- Targeted customer campaigns and offers, across multiple segments to increase member engagement and deliver business objectives
- Quality execution of campaigns across all channels
- Continually optimising and improving campaign response and performance
- Implementing test and learn road maps to deliver best practice campaigns and tactics to drive results
- 3+ years experience in marketing or content strategy roles
- Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc.)
- Demonstrable experience in managing marketing campaigns and working with internal partners to execute them
- Experience working with asset management and project management in partnership with developers and designers
- Proven experience in developing Test & Learn frameworks and a hunger to trial new experiences
- A passion for data and how to glean new insights from customer journeys
- Experience in working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience in working with a communications or brand marketing teams to receive campaign strategy and assets and build into a digital marketing plan
