About the Role

Reporting to the Service & Support Manager, this person is responsible for optimising service delivery systems, coordinating support operations and strengthening client relationships across a technically diverse product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead support ticket management through to resolution and ensure strong client outcomes
• Design and implement service delivery workflows, SOPs and scalable operational systems
• Establish KPIs, dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance and profitability
• Monitor contract performance against SLAs and provide commercial insights
• Support proposal development, pricing models and budget tracking



Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
• Background as a Service Technician, Maintenance Engineer, Field Service Engineer or similar hands-on engineering role
• Experience within low volume, custom or bespoke manufacturing environments highly regarded
• Strong systems thinking, data analysis capability and commercial awareness
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
