Supporting a collaborative and diverse and close knit team, you will be responsible for creating innovative solutions to drive efficiency and streamline process/output across the team. Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Provide high level administrative support to the team
- Formatting and preparing documents and client packs
- Recruitment administration including; compliance and reference checking, phone screening etc
- Database management
- Travel bookings
- Office Management duties
- Managing and assisting with event coordination
- Managing credit card expenses
- Coordinating & attending monthly team meetings
- Relief Reception
- Catering for events
- Other ad hoc administration tasks as required
Experience working in a similar Administration, Personal Assistant or Team Assistant position, as well as:
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
- Friendly, positive, and enthusiastic approach to work
- Ability to act with initiative
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- High degree of attention to detail
- Well versed in the Microsoft Office Suite
