Our Client is an exciting and fast growing national company who are market leaders in their industry. Due to restructure, the company is seeking a Payroll and Accounts Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role would involve working 2-3 days in payroll and the rest of the week in the accounts team. This role is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join a welcoming and fast-paced environment within a respectable ASX listed company.

The Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Payroll Administrator and Finance Manager, the responsibilities include:
  • Using ADP to process outsourced payroll for up to 1700 employees (alongside Senior Payroll Administrator) 
  • Working with the outsourced payroll providers to process the end to end fortnightly payroll 
  • Assisting the accounts team with reconciling statements 
  • Processing of trust account transactions 
  • Close trust bank accounts in CMS
  • Reconciliation of petty cash fund and bank accounts as required
  • Provide assistance to senior account officers/ Finance Manager

  • Experience working with another legal firm is an advantage, but not a must
