With team fit and culture a priority, the organisation is seeking a Payroll Assistant and Administration Clerk to join their high performing and supportive team on a temporary basis. Based in Melbourne’s CBD, this is a great opportunity to gain a wealth of experience and assist in the end to end processes of payroll.
Position Description
Reporting directly into the Finance Manager, your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Entering and processing timesheets
- Handling employee queries
- Processing new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments
- Additional tasks to assist the broader team
- Handling the accounts inbox
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar administration position along with the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent communication skills and a reliable attitude
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Strong attention to detail and positive working approach
- Can do attitude and ability to learn
