The Role
Reporting through to the Group Payroll Manager, your tasks will include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of six talented Payroll Officers
- Managing end-to-end payroll of 4500 staff
- Month/year end closing
- Implementing payroll projects
- Identifying process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with payroll related legislation
- Upholding high customer service standards and protocols across the business
- Partner and develop strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
Candidate Profile
You will have extensive experience in a hands-on payroll management along with the following attributes:
- SAP experience is essential
- SuccessFactors experience is also highly regarded
- Knowledge of multiple awards/EBAs
- High level problem solving and analytical skills
- Project management skills and experience
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
