About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to work within a reputable global company and be part of a supportive team environment. 
  
The Responsibilities
Reporting into the Payroll Manager, the main responsibilities include:
  • Process time sheets
  • Process  staff movements including new starters, departures and other movements
  • Process bonuses and salary sacrifice requests, and checking to ensure payments have been made accurately
  • Approve all leave types (applying company policies and processes)
  • Respond to all customer queries (face to face, telephone, email)
  • Apply payroll knowledge, knowledge of company policies and procedures and problem solving skills to provide a quality response
The successful applicant will have
  • At least 3 years experience in a payroll environment
  • Previous experience using a large payroll system
  • Experience with EBAs and Awards
  • Strong Excel and numeracy skills
  • ADP experience
  • Excellent communication skills
