We are seeking a Payroll Officer with solid ADP system experience to join our clients Perth-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering accurate and timely payroll services.
About the role: You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for a diverse workforce, ensuring compliance with legislation, awards, and company policies. Using your expertise in ADP, you’ll play a key role in maintaining payroll accuracy and improving processes.
Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end payroll processing using ADP
- Manage payroll for both weekly and fortnightly pay cycles
- Maintain payroll data, employee records, and leave entitlements
- Interpret awards, EBAs, and relevant legislation
- Process terminations, redundancies, and back payments
- Reconcile payroll reports and ensure accurate superannuation payments
- Provide payroll-related support to employees and managers
- Assist with system improvements and process automation initiatives
About You: - Proven experience in payroll, with strong ADP system skills
- Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation, awards, and compliance
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Intermediate Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
