You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition and P&C teams to manage high-volume queries, prepare accurate documentation, and partner with hiring managers to tailor onboarding experiences. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate advice on policies, processes, and employment legislation
- Manage high-volume queries and transactions within strict deadlines
- Prepare and issue employment contracts and variations with precision
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including inductions, training, and pre-employment checks
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems
- Collaborate with hiring managers and departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Prepare and interpret data reports as required
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with organisational policies
- Available to start immediately and currently located in Perth, Western Australia
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
- Background in HR or onboarding roles (2+ years desirable)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
- Proficiency in HRIS systems is desirable
- Current National Police Clearance
