We’re partnering with our client to find a motivated People Support Officer to join their People team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build on their HR experience. 

You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, reporting, contract preparation, and employee engagement. Working within a supportive team, you’ll gain exposure to diverse portfolios and contribute to meaningful HR initiatives across the organisation 
  
Key Responsibilities 
  • Manage the People mailboxes in line with SLAs 
  • Provide first-line HR support to managers and employees on policy and process queries 
  •  Validate contract details and employment terms and conditions as per business requirements 
  • Assist with contract preparation  
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews 
  • Manage probation reviews and employee inductions 
  • Prepare and maintain HR metrics and reporting 
  • Conduct visa checks and monitor work restrictions 
  • Support the Recruitment Team and People Services Manager with HR projects 
  • Build strong relationships across departments and business units 
  • Ensure positive and successful process outcomes for all customers  
  
About You 
  • 6–18 months experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Recruitment 
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills 
  • Able to operate across diverse portfolios and evolving environments
