Role Overview:
This is a newly created position based in Birtinya QLD, that will support both supply planning and logistics functions within a rapidly evolving supply chain team. The role offers the opportunity to be involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day execution, with a clear growth pathway into a permanent supply planning role as the logistics team matures.

You’ll work closely with Production, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure products are delivered in the most efficient and cost-effective way locally and internationally. This position suits someone who enjoys an FMCG or food manufacturing environment and has a strong understanding of end-to-end planning and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain daily/weekly load plans based on production capacity and customer demand
  • Engage with internal stakeholders (Production, Sales) to align sales orders with available stock
  • Optimise load configuration and container utilisation (sea/air freight)
  • Monitor and adjust plans based on product availability and production variability
  • Coordinate daily transport bookings (vessels, containers, air freight) in line with production and customer schedules
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or production planning
  • Background in FMCG or food manufacturing would be favored, but not essential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and proven coordination across functions
  • Can-do attitude and desire to grow with the team
