We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planner to join a large, high-volume 3PL retail operation. This is an immediate start opportunity for someone who can step in and add value from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecast labour demand to meet operational requirements.
• Manage relationships with labour hire and temp agencies.
• Align staffing with operational needs across multiple shifts.
• Monitor performance and adapt workforce plans in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in workforce planning, ideally in logistics, warehousing, or retail.
• Strong knowledge of WMS/LMS systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and ensure staffing levels support operational outcomes.
