The Opportunity As a Procurement & Supply Chain Governance and Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in embedding effective governance and assurance frameworks across procurement and logistics operations. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to develop policies, optimise systems, and lead initiatives that enhance compliance, risk management, and performance visibility.
This is a highly collaborative and impactful position for an experienced professional who enjoys building structure, driving process improvement, and enabling efficient, transparent, and sustainable procurement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain procurement and supply chain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead internal assurance and compliance programs, including audits, reporting, and risk management.
  • Manage governance forums, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to systemise and optimise procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Support the implementation of enterprise-level improvement and sustainability projects.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in procurement governance, compliance, or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement frameworks, contract management, and assurance practices.
  • Experience developing and implementing policy, process, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across functions.
  • Proficiency in ERP and Source-to-Pay systems.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, supply chain, or a related discipline (CIPS accreditation desirable).
