This is a newly created leadership opportunity with a high-performing, national retail business undergoing significant transformation. The Opportunity:
In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for bringing together key inputs from Merchandise, Online and Fulfilment teams and translating them into executable operational plans across the national DC and store network. You’ll lead the end-to-end planning function while developing and delivering a purpose-built reporting suite that enhances visibility, supports better decisions, and ensures alignment across the broader supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a national supply chain planning framework aligned to merchandise and online fulfilment strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to deliver rolling forecasts and translate these into actionable operational plans.
  • Drive visibility and accountability of volume and capacity across DCs, transport, and stores.
  • Own and lead seasonal planning cycles, key events, and product launch readiness.
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate volume flow risks across the network.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Supply Chain Analysts.
  • Design and implement a centralised reporting suite tracking all major supply chain KPIs.
  • Partner closely with DC Operations, Inventory, Merchandise, and Ecomm teams to ensure alignment and execution.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong experience in a complex, high-volume Retail, FMCG or Online environment.
  • Strong background in volume planning, demand forecasting and supply chain reporting.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and scale a high-performing team.
  • Excellent Excel and reporting/ Power BI dashboard development skills.
  • Experience with planning systems/tools highly regarded.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and a collaborative mindset.
