In this role, you’ll shape the future digital experience for both customers and internal users—defining product vision, leading discovery, and owning the delivery roadmap across key digital platforms. Working closely with a Product Manager, developers, architects and business SMEs, you’ll ensure every product increment delivers measurable value.
What you’ll be doing
- Translate product vision into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing customer value, compliance, and technical feasibility.
- Lead agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product reviews.
- Use customer insights, analytics, and market feedback to shape product decisions.
- Champion digital experience improvements, enhancing efficiency, application flows, and decisioning.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across technology, risk, compliance, and business operations.
- Support SaaS product integration and optimisation across the organisation.
- Coach and mentor Business Analysts within the Digital Solutions team.
- 5–10+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
- Experience delivering digital solutions, ideally in financial services or lending.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and working with cross-functional squads.
- Experience managing SaaS products and vendor partnerships.
- Ability to turn strategy into clear, actionable requirements and product outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of the home lending lifecycle, regulatory environments, and credit processes.
